Scope of Service This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and shipped to destinations within the United States and Canada.

Order Processing All orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other operational factors.

Shipping Methods and Carriers We ship via a selection of reputable third-party carriers. The available shipping methods will be presented at checkout. Carrier selection is at our discretion and may vary based on the destination, package dimensions, and weight.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

Order Tracking Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email to the address associated with the order. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to reflect updates after shipment.

Delivery Delivery is subject to the policies and operational capacity of the designated carrier. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates or timeframes. Estimated transit information, where displayed, is provided by the carrier for reference purposes only and does not constitute a binding commitment.

Undeliverable Packages and Address Accuracy The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be subject to a re-shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Shipments In the event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within fourteen (14) days of the estimated dispatch date. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the matter in coordination with the carrier; however, we do not assume liability for losses or damages caused by the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties (Canada) Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by Canadian authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees collected at checkout.
